RISING is a major cultural event in Melbourne / Naarm. Each year in winter, RISING lures people out of their homes and into the streets and iconic sites of Melbourne to mark, interrogate and celebrate a moment in time defined by the artists of today and tomorrow.

RISING has major event status in Victoria alongside the Australian Open and Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix.
