As part of our sustainability and COVID-Safe practices, we’re using digital tickets. If you haven’t received your tickets before your event, head to our Digital Tickets page and enter the email address you used to buy your tickets. You’ll be sent another link to access your tickets. If you’re still having trouble after that, please contact our customer service team via email at email@example.com.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, it’s not possible for RISING to refund completed bookings, except as required by law or in accordance with the LPA Ticketing Code of Conduct
That being said, we want everyone who attends RISING to feel safe and comfortable. Stay home if you've got COVID-19 symptoms and let us know ahead of the event if you are isolating. We need to know at least 60 minutes before your event.
Exchanges may be possible, subject to availability and a $2.50 per-ticket exchange fee for tickets booked via RISING. Exchanges are only possible between the performances of the same show. Please contact the customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details, a preferred available timeslot and the approval to charge exchange fees to the card used for booking.
For tickets purchased via RISING authorised ticket partners, please contact your point of purchase for any refund or exchange requests. This includes tickets booked via ACMI, Arts Centre Melbourne, Arts House, Melbourne Museum, Melbourne Recital Centre, OzTix, The Malthouse, The National Theatre Melbourne, Ticketek and Ulumbarra Theatre Bendigo.
