MAJOR EVENTS DECLARATION
A major event ticketing declaration has been made under the Major Events Act 2009 (Vic) for Patricia Piccinini’s A Miracle Constantly Repeated at the Flinders Street Station Ballroom.
Under the Act, it is illegal for a ticket to be resold, or offered or advertised for resale, for more than 10% above the face value purchase price of the ticket, unless the seller is authorised in writing by the event organiser.
Breaching this Act can result in heavy fines up to $99,132 for an individual and $495,660 for a company.
Purchasing a ticket from an unauthorised seller can result in the ticket holder being denied entry to the event. RISING is the only authorised ticket seller for A Miracle Constantly Repeated.
