Group Bookings at RISING
Where to start?
- Fewer than 10 people | For bookings of 10 and less, please book online through the event ticketing page
- More than 10 people | Group bookings are available for groups of 11 or more, and are made via the booking form link below

Group Booking Step-by-Step
- Organise your group | Get your estimated numbers together on a suitable date/time for your visit. It’s good to have a second or third preference in mind if you have a large group that we might not be able to accommodate for your first preference
- Submit an enquiry form | Fill in the group booking form link below. Sessions that are less than three weeks away from the submission date will not be available to select on the form
- Check your inbox | Once submitted, our team will process the enquiry into an order: we’ll get in touch if we need more info, and work out the best result for your group visit before confirming cost and payment
- Complete your payment | We will reserve your seats up until payment due date (two weeks prior to the date of your session), while you finalise numbers in your group after the form has been submitted
PAYMENT DETAILS
- Payment must be received by RISING two weeks prior to your selected session
- For groups fewer than 30 people, payment by credit card is required
- For groups more than 30 people, payment by credit card or invoice is required
- Once we receive payment, your booking request is confirmed and you will receive your tickets late May
Submit a Group Booking Enquiry
Nitty Gritty
- The booking form does not confirm your booking – it just gets the ball rolling for our team to find you a suitable session and confirm the final cost before processing payment
- RISING must receive payment 14 days prior to your chosen session. If we do not receive payment, your booking enquiry will be cancelled and any seats on hold will be released
- There are no refunds if members of your group are no longer able to attend
- The prices listed on the form are subject to change. Our team will advise you of the final total creating your order
- Live availability of listed sessions is not reflected in the enquiry form – Check the event's ticketing page for an idea of current availability. Our team will get in touch if your preferred session is not available and try to find a new date or time
- If your group schedules changes, we may be able to offer an exchange into a different session of the same show, subject to availability, with an exchange fee applied for $3 per ticket exchanged
- Not all shows are available for group bookings – all viable sessions are listed in the form
- Groups of 10+ receive discounted tickets to Shadow Spirit and The Rink at RISING. Pricing will be confirmed with you prior to your booking being finalised.
- Payment by invoice is only available for groups of 30 people or more
- A transaction fee of $4 will apply for each confirmed order
- All RISING bookings are in line with our Ticketing Terms and Conditions.
