Group Bookings

Where to start?

  • Fewer than 10 people | For bookings of 10 and less, please book online through the event ticketing page
  • More than 10 people | Group bookings are available for groups of 11 or more.

Are there group discounts?

The following shows have a discount of 15% for group bookings (as of May 2)

For groups of 8 people or more:

  • Big Name, No Blankets
  • Counting and Cracking
  • Cadela Força Trilogy
  • FOOD
  • Hear My Eyes: Hellraiser
  • One Single Action
  • ONESONG

For groups of 4 people or more:

  • The First Bad Man

The group discount price only applies to bookings of eligible groups to the same show. If you're looking for discounts for less tickets across more shows, check out our Multi Pass discount.

Group Booking Step-by-Step

  1. Organise your group | Get your estimated numbers together on a suitable date/time for your visit. Make sure everyone is across the show and on board with any age restrictions or content warnings. It’s good to have a second or third preference in mind if you have a large group that we might not be able to accommodate for your first preference
  2. Submit an enquiry | Fill out an enquiry using our form

Your preferred session must be more than three weeks away if you require payment by invoice.

  1. Check your inbox | Once submitted, our team will process the enquiry into an order: we’ll get in touch if we need more info, and work out the best result for your group visit before confirming cost and payment
  2. Complete your payment | We will reserve your seats up until payment due date (two weeks prior to the date of your session), while you finalise numbers in your group after the form has been submitted

PAYMENT DETAILS

  • Payment must be received by RISING two weeks prior to your selected session
  • For groups fewer than 30 people, payment by credit card is required
  • For groups more than 30 people, payment by credit card or invoice is required
  • Once we receive payment, your booking request is confirmed and you will receive your tickets late May

Nitty Gritty

  • The booking enquiry does not confirm your booking – it just gets the ball rolling for our team to find you a suitable session and confirm the final cost before processing payment
  • RISING must receive payment 14 days prior to your chosen session. If we do not receive payment, your booking enquiry will be cancelled and any seats on hold will be released
  • There are no refunds if members of your group are no longer able to attend
  • The prices listed on the form are subject to change. Our team will advise you of the final total creating your order
  • If your group schedules changes, we may be able to offer an exchange into a different session of the same show, subject to availability, with an exchange fee applied for $3 per ticket exchanged
  • Not all shows are available for group bookings – all viable sessions are listed in the form
  • Payment by invoice is only available for groups of 30 people or more
  • A transaction fee of $6 will apply for each confirmed order
  • All RISING bookings are in line with our Ticketing Terms and Conditions.
