Both levels of the Arts Centre Melbourne Car Park are fully wheelchair accessible, and have accessible parking bays.

There is a Wilson Parking at Southgate Car Park, Southbank (160m walk from venue), and Eureka Car Park, 70 City Road, Southbank 260m walk from venue). ACCESSIBLE BATHROOMS
The Theatres Building (the building with the big spire) has accessible toilets on Level 3, 5, 6 (street level) and 8. Hamer Hall has accessible toilets on all publicly-accessible levels, and changing facilities on Levels 2, 3, 5, 6 (street level) and 7. Please ask venue staff for assistance in locating the closest accessible toilet to your location.
HEARING AUGMENTATION
Assisted-listening devices for use in all seats of Arts Centre Melbourne venues (plus on Guided Tours and for meetings) are available free of charge. These devices use standard headphones or connect with hearing aids via a neck loop. Please speak to our staff when you arrive for assistance with obtaining these devices.
